If you would prefer to collect your purchase directly from John Moore Sports, then our free Click & Collect service is for you. 

Simply place your order, pay online and then collect your purchase from our Bath-based store.

You will be sent an email once your order has been processed and is ready for collection. This, typically, will be the next working day from date of purchase. Please note - orders taken over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday.

There are some factors that may affect the processing time of your order such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements such as embroidery or initial personalisation.

If the delivery of your order has to be extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.

For security reasons, purchases will only be released to the person who placed the order, and only upon production of the order confirmation email. A customer signature is also required.


At John Moore Sports, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for some reason, you aren't 100% satisfied with your goods, you can return your purchase at any time within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of goods which are personalised or made to a customer's specification.

Any items you would like to return must be unused and in their original packaging and condition. Purchases can also be returned by post, and will require a completed Customer Returns Form. Postage costs will apply in this instance.

If returning by post, simply follow the steps below:


1. No need to phone
There is no need to phone us if you would like to make a return, just simply follow the steps


2. Fill in the returns form
Download our Returns Form (.pdf) and fill it in.
Address the parcel to: John Moore Sports, 2 Argyle Street, Bath BA2 4BA


3. Take your parcel(s) to your post office
In order to insure your goods, we recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to John Moore Sports at your own risk and at your own expense.


4. Receive your refund, credit or exchange
Once we are happy with the condition of the returned goods, you will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 30 days after you post the goods back to us. Please, note - delivery charges will not be refunded.
