JMS Run Crew

jms run crew

---------------- PLEASE NOTE: JMS RUN CREW IS CURRENTLY SUSPENDED UNTIL 2021 ----------------

JMS Run Crew is a FREE weekly running club offered by John Moore Sports. There are no membership fees – simply turn up and run.  The run will be led by Rob Moore, Managing Director of John Moore Sports.

All abilities are welcome as long as you can run 5k continuously. The aim of the sessions is to build your running and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. JMS Run Crew will help you work towards your next race or simply improve your overall fitness.

The weekly sessions will be a mix of distance runs, speed and interval runs. We will begin slowly as we progress and build your strength. JMS Run Crew sessions are not a race or a competition, but informal runs designed to give you a better understanding of training and injury prevention.

We have created a private Facebook group, which will give members of the JMS Run Crew a great opportunity to hook up with each other, keep up-to-date with local races and events and also to inform members on a weekly basis of session plans.

Day/Time/Place: Thursdays 19.15 @ John Moore Sports, 2 Argyle Street, Bath BA2 4BA, Phone 01225 466341

The sessions have been scheduled, so you can hopefully avoid the parking charges in Laura Place (free parking after 19.00), if you’re arriving by car.

To join the JMS Run Crew, YOU MUST REGISTER BEFORE ATTENDING by emailing us at media@johnmooresports.co.uk so that we can email you a form for you to fill in (for insurance purposes) and then scan in or by bring it along on the night. We cannot accept runners without forms. Once registered, we will send you the link to our Facebook group.

JMS Run Crew is aimed primarily at adult runners – however, junior runners aged 14 and above may join us if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Happy running – we look forward to welcoming you at JMS Run Crew,

Rob & Leah Moore
